Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary based on site conditions, additional requirements, or changes in scope. Final pricing will be confirmed before work commences.

Installation and Service

Our installation and service terms include:

  • Professional installation by certified technicians
  • Site assessment and consultation before installation
  • Clean-up and removal of packaging materials
  • Basic system training and handover documentation
  • Compliance with Australian standards and regulations

Warranties

We provide comprehensive warranties on our work:

  • 12-month warranty on all installation work
  • Manufacturer warranties on all equipment and components
  • 24/7 emergency support for security systems
  • Free system health checks during warranty period

Warranties do not cover damage due to misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • Deposit may be required for large installations
  • Payment due within 14 days of completion
  • Late payment fees may apply after 30 days
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards

Limitation of Liability

Elite Automation & Security's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.

Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws. We may collect and use information necessary to provide our services.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled appointments. Cancellation fees may apply for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
